摘    要:从实际需要出发探讨并给出了水资源系统及水资源配置模型的基本概念和定义;研究了水资源系统网络图的绘制方法;给出了用该图概化和表示系统中的需水、水源、工程以及水的运动等复杂关系的方法;从时间结构和空间结构两个方面介绍了全面考虑生活用水、生产用水和生态环境用水要求的、系统反映各种水源及工程供水特点的水资源配置模型的建模思路和技巧,给出了模型的基本任务和主要约束方程.该模型在河南省安阳市水资源可持续利用综合规划中进行了实际应用,推荐的配置方案合理,计算速度很快.该模型可以应用于大型复杂水资源系统.

Abstract:For overall consideration of domestic, productive, and ecologic-environmental water demand and systematic reflection of the characteristics of various water sources and water supply to projects, a water resources allocation model is developed in this paper. The basic concept and definition of the water resources system and the water resources allocation model are presented from the view of practical water requirement. The methods of how to draw the network map for the water resources system and how to use it to generalize and express the complicated relationships between the volume of water demand, water sources, projects, and water movement in the system are studied. Then, the thought and techniques for the development of the model are introduced from the angles of time and spatial structures, and the basic tasks and main constraint equations of the model are presented. The application of the model to comprehensive planning for sustainable utilization of water resources in Anyang City of Henan Province shows that the calculated result is correct, the allocation schemes recommended are reasonable, and the calculating speed is fast. Therefore, the model can be used for large complicated water resources systems.
