| 摘 要： | 为了解决大网笼的材料、结构、制作以及机械化装料、运输和机械化抛投等问题,于2004年在河南省兰考蔡集工程54坝进行了大网笼机械化抢险技术现场试验。通过现场试验研发成功了10~12 m3大网笼,利用自卸汽车、挖掘机、推土机、装载机等大型机械设备进行机械化装料、运输和机械化抛投,用10 min即可完成装料作业,平均5 min有1辆自卸汽车在坝前循环1次。兰考蔡集工程54坝进占试验表明,大网笼机械化作业能快速形成占体。

| Abstract: | The field tests were performed in 2004 on the 54~(th) dam in Caiji Project of Lankao City to investigate the suitable material,structure,and measures for fabrication of large netting cages and to deal with some problems on mechanized loading,transportation,and dumping.In the field tests,large netting cages with a volume of 10-12?m~3 were produced,and the mechanized loading,transportation,and dumping were performed with the help of dumping cars,excavators,bulldozers,loaders,and other mechanical equipment.The loading work could be finished in 10 minutes,and each netting cage could be transported and dumped by a dumping car every five minutes.Field tests indicate that the mechanical work with large netting cages intercepts flood rapidly and effectively. |
