Dynamic characteristic study on trade-off rate under different water resource utilization modes

Water resources development and utilization is taken as a mult-objective continuous process concerning economic,environmental,and social benefits.The basic connotation of the trade-off rate for multi-objective decision-making is extended to time-dependent according to the law of evolution of different decision-makers' preference structures during the process of water resources development and utilization.The dynamic time-dependent characteristics of the trade-off rate between the objectives of economic and environmental benefits are revealed under different water utilization modes,and some typical cases of calculation are given to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical framework.
