双向进水流道水力特性模型试验研究

摘    要:分析模型的相似准则及其主要作用力 ,考虑工况相似要求 ,提出泵站进出水池和流道内分别按不同的相似准则进行设计的方法 .结合彭越浦泵站水工模型试验 ,对双向流道进口前漩涡及流道内的涡带、喇叭口附近流速分布、水泵起动及稳定运行过程中流道内的脉动压力和进出水流道的水头损失等水力特性进行全面的观测和分析 ,提出在流道内设置垂直隔板及导流锥加隔板两种消涡的工程措施 .

Abstract:The similarity criteria and major acting forces are analyzed. Based on the demand for operation similarity , it is suggested that the receiving and delivery basins of pumping stations and channels should be designed according to different similarity criteria. By means of the hydraulic model of the Pengyuepu pumping station, some hydraulic characteristics are observed and analyzed, such as the flow velocity distribution over the vortex bands in the channel and in front of the inlet of the channel, the flow velocity distribution over the area near the flare opening, the pulsating pressure in the channel at start and during operation of the pump, the water head losses in the inlet and outlet channels, and so on. Finally, two engineering measures for suppressing vortex i.e. installation of a vertical separator or a diversion awl with a separator, are proposed.
