遗传算法在水库调度中的应用综述

摘    要:简要回顾了遗传算法在水库调度中的应用概况,对遗传算法用于水库调度优化时的编码、约束条件处理、早熟与全局收敛性、参数设置、混合遗传算法、多目标遗传算法以及效率评定准则等问题进行了综述。分析遗传算法耗时与全局收敛之间的矛盾后认为,遗传算法适用于传统方法难以求解的优化问题,以及对计算时效性要求不高或者目标函数计算复杂度不高的实时水库调度问题,特别是水库中长期调度以及水资源规划问题。

Abstract:With regard to some problems in application of the genetic algorithm to optimal operation of reservoirs,including coding,treatment of restraint conditions,prematurity and global convergence,parameter setting,hybrid genetic algorithm,multi-objective genetic algorithm,and criterion for efficiency evaluation,some special methods were reviewed and discussed.Based on an analysis of the contradiction between time consumption and global convergence,it is considered that the genetic algorithm is much more suitable for the optimization problem difficult to be solved by the conventional method,and the real-time reservoir operation problem with low requirement for time-effectiveness of calculation and low complexity in objective function calculation.Moreover,the genetic algorithm is especially suitable for middle-and long-term reservoir operation and planning for water resources.
