太湖流域的水资源保护

按照太湖水污染防治"十五"计划,要求在继续强化和巩固太湖流域点源、面源治理的前提下,从流域大系统的不同层次,研究生态综合修复工程和措施,并从政策法规、政府监管、资金投入、公众参与、科技创新、环保产业进步等方面落实保障措施;从陆域综合治理、湖内生态恢复、水资源统一管理、水源地保护、地下水保护等方面提出治理对策.

Water resources protection in Taihu Lake Basin

According to "the tenth five year plan" for the Taihu Lake water pollution remediation, it is necessary to take measures and develop projects at different levels of the large river basin for overall ecological rehabilitation under the premise of continuous strengthening of point source and area source pollution control, and to implement guarantee measures from the aspects of laws and regulations, government supervision and management, fund investment, public participation, scientific and technical renovation, and development of environmental protection industry. Some countermeasures are proposed for implementation of comprehensive regulation of land areas, ecological restoration of lakes, unified management of water resources, and water source and groundwater protection.
