摘    要:基于我国西北地区气候特征和水资源开发利用中存在的问题 ,定量分析了我国西北地区水循环规律和地表水与地下水之间的相互转化关系 .分析结果表明 :西北地区地下水资源绝大多数是由地表水转化形成的 ,水资源开发利用格局或方式的改变将深刻地影响着地下水的补、排关系和补排量的大小 ;在西北地区单纯地就地下水而论地下水是不科学的 ,应将地表水与地下水资源进行统一评价和规划 ,以科学地指导水资源的合理开发和高效利用 .

Abstract:Based on the climate characteristics of northwest China and problems in water resources development and utilization in this area, a quantitative analysis is made of the regularity of water cycle and the conversion between surface water and groundwater in the northwest area. The results show that the groundwater resources of this area mostly come from surface water, and that the variation of the pattern of water resources development and utilization will strongly affect the relationship between groundwater recharge and discharge and their volumes. It is also concluded that the surface water resources and groundwater resources in northwest China should be comprehensively evaluated and planned for scientific guidance to development and utilization of water resources.
