摘    要:中梁一级电站库区工程地质条件复杂,为获取符合工程地质条件的灌浆工艺和灌浆技术措施,选择代表性试验区进行帷幕灌浆试验。灌浆试验段布设双排帷幕灌浆孔,分3序钻灌,采用孔口封闭、自上而下分段灌浆方法;采用C20混凝土回灌溶洞,水泥砂浆充填较大裂隙;选用水泥-水玻璃浆液、水泥-粉煤灰浆液与水泥-氯化钙浆液处理泥砂碎石层。压水试验检测结果表明,地层经灌浆处理后渗透性能得到很大改善,但检查孔有5段透水率超过设计要求,试验成果未达到预定目标,灌浆试验孔孔排距很难保证把所有的渗漏通道全部堵住。建议在吃浆量大的地方和地层破碎带进行加密灌浆处理。通过试验证实灌浆工艺可行,试验区采用混凝土回填溶洞和水泥-水玻璃浆液灌注泥砂碎石层效果较好,水玻璃添加量以质量分数3%为宜。
