摘    要:分析黄河小浪底水库 2 0 0 1年运用后 ,在清水冲刷期对下游河南、山东河道泥沙淤积的影响 ,以及由此产生的山东引黄灌区粗沙入渠和渠首沙害加重的严峻形势 .提出建设好引黄泥沙治理的灌区分级水沙监测站网体系、渠首引水防沙体系、沉沙池及平原调蓄水库体系、渠系输水输沙体系、机械清淤技术质量监督体系、泥沙综合利用体系、灌溉节水减淤优化工程体系、泥沙治理资金投入体系的对策

Abstract:An analysis was made of the impact of the operation of the Xiaolangdi Reservoir on sediment deposition in the canals of the irrigated areas of Henan and Shandong Provinces on the lower reaches during the clear water scouring period, and the severe consequences of coarse sand flowing into the canals and the serious sand harm to canal heads of the regulated region of Shangdong Province. In view of the above problems, some counter~measures were proposed, including. the construction of a stage water and sediment monitoring system, a canal head water diversion and sediment prevention system, a sedimentation basin and plain diversion and storage reservoir system, a canal water and sediment transfer system, a quality supervision system for mechanical dredging, a comprehensive sediment utilization system, a water saving irrigation and sedimentation reduction engineering system, and an investment system for sediment control.
