摘    要:应用XPS能谱技术对电化学脱盐试件与未脱盐试件钢样表面的微观组成进行分析.结果表明,脱盐处理改变了钢样表面的微观结构组成,脱盐后钢样表面再钝化膜的形成是一个不断完善的过程且该过程与电位正移以及RC值的提高具有一致性.该结果可为工程应用电化学方法判断电化学脱盐效果提供技术参考依据.

Abstract:The analysis of the microstructure of steel sample surface untreated or treated with electrochemical desalination by use of the technique of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) shows that the desalination results in the variation of the microstructure.The passivated film is gradually formed and improved during the process of desalination,and the process agrees well with the positive shift of steel potential and the increase of RC value.The result can provide a reference for judgment of effect of electrochemical desalination in projects.
