摘    要:利用长大管棚一次性穿越厚度达24 m的覆盖层段超前预加固技术,在栗子坪水电站压力管道下平段覆盖层洞挖施工中应用成功,确保了洞身施工安全.实施中,根据工程实际对管棚钻设、注浆工艺进行了突破性的改进、优化,取得了事半功倍的效果,达到了预期目的.

Abstract:In tunnel excavation in overburden at lower horizontal section of penstock at Liziping hydropower station, pre-reinforcement is successfully applied by constructing long and large pipe shelf crossing 24m thick overburden to ensure safety in tunneling. In practice, pipe shelf hole drilling and grouting technology is improved and optimized according to real conditions. Good results are gained.
