浅谈施工企业的联盟问题

我国加入世贸组织后，国外的施工企业将进入国内市场，国内施工企业将面临日趋激烈的国际竞争，在这种状态下，各施工企业均在寻找站稳脚跟，持续发展的优化方案，以应对新的挑战，诸多方案中，企业联盟可以说是一种现实而又有“双赢”意义的选择，论述了建立企业联盟是势在必行的，并从现实施工企业竞争力不足，市场经济发展等角度分析了企业联盟的必要性，提出了建立联盟应注意的几个问题。

Elementary Study on Alliance of Construction Enterprises

With our entry into WTO on November 11th last year,the open policy enters into a new stage,which means the foreign construction enterprises of developed countries shall compete with us in our construction market and our construction enterprises shall face more and more severe international competition.Thereafter,our construction enterprises all begin to find optimized plans to deal with the new changes.In all plans,the allied enterprises is a practical and win win choice.In this article,we illustrate that it is necessary to establish allied enterprise because of weak competitiveness of our construction enterprises and development requirement of market economy.Several problems in establishing allied enterprise are proposed.
