施工资源动态管控平台研究

摘    要:从土石坝施工综合管控出发,以仓面需求为驱动,以填筑效率为主要控制条件,研究填筑料(土料、砂砾料、石料等)生产、运输、填筑全过程智能监控、综合分析及动态管控技术,实现土石坝填筑全过程感知、分析、管控。结合质量、进度、成本控制目标开展多要素施工资源综合评估,以实现土石坝填筑过程中施工资源的优化设计,进而实现动态评估与调度。充分利用信息化、物联网技术进行施工资源动态管控平台的研究,以实现施工资源的优化设计、动态评估、迅捷调度及综合评估,满足施工过程进度成本的管控要求。

Abstract:Starting from the comprehensive management and control of earth-rock dam construction, driven by concrete placing zone demand and taking filling efficiency as the main control condition, this paper studies the intelligent monitoring, comprehensive analysis and dynamic management and control technology of filling materials (earth, gravel, stone, etc.) in the whole process of production, transportation and filling, so as to realize the perception, analysis, management and control of the whole filling process of earth-rock dam. Combined with quality, progress and cost control objectives, comprehensive evaluation of multi-factor construction resources is carried out to realize the optimal design of construction resources during the filling process of earth-rock dam, as well as dynamic evaluation and scheduling. Make full use of information technology and Internet of Things technology to study the dynamic management and control platform of construction resources, in order to achieve the optimal design, dynamic evaluation, rapid scheduling and comprehensive evaluation of construction resources, and meet the management and control requirements of construction progress cost.
