摘    要:研究了发电侧电力市场下梯级水电厂日优化运行问题,建立了系统边际电价预测的二次移动平均模型;在此基础上,介绍了梯级水电厂日收益最大模型和相关的约束条件,并用逐次优化算法求解,计算结果可作为梯级水电厂的竞价策略参与竞价上网。该方法应用到四川南桠河梯级水电厂日优化运行中,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The daily optimal operation of cascade hydropower plants in electricity market is studied. A second-degree moving model is developed to forecast the system marginal price, based on which another new model and the related nonlinear restrictions are presented to attain the maximum profits of the cascade hydropower plants, and solved by progressive optimality algorithm. The results can be the bidding policy in the competitive market. These models are applied to the cascade hydropower plants on the Nanya River in Sichuan, and the results are satisfactory.
