摘    要:基于MATLAB SIMULINK软件建立了水轮机控制系统仿真模型,进行了水轮机调速器常规的电站试验项目仿真,在现场试验的基础上,对电网一次调频、二次调频特性进行了仿真研究及比较。

Abstract:In this article a simulation model is built up of the hydro-turbine control system based on MATLAB SIMULINK software, to emulate routine test programs of hydro-turbine governor at power stations. Based on field tests, the emulation and comparison of the characteristics of grid primary and secondary frequency modulation are conducted.
