摘    要:OPC(OLEforprocesscontrol)是一种连接硬件装置或软件数据库等数据源与过程控制客户应用程序之间的标准化接口协议,为水电厂实时监控系统的上位机监控软件与可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)之间的数据传输提供一条高效、可靠的新途径。对于类似ABB公司的PLC,仅将OPC接口作为其数据交换惟一开放接口的硬件设备,监控系统必须开发相应的客户端软件与其实现数据交换。文中首先介绍了OPC技术,然后结合H9000v3.0水电厂实时监控系统介绍了ABB公司OPC服务器的客户端软件的开发,该客户端软件可用于其他采用OPC标准的公司的PLC,也很容易移植到其他领域如火电、钢铁等实时数据采集系统。

Abstract:OPC is a standard interface protocol for connecting the data sources such as devices, databases, etc. with the client applications of the process control. It offers a reliable and efficient approach to the data exchange between monitoring software and PLC for real-time monitoring and control system of hydropower plants. For many devices with OPC as the only way of data exchange like ABB PLC, the monitoring and control system must have relevant client software to exchange data. OPC technology is introduced firstly. Then the development of client software for OPC server of ABB Company is shown combined with Hg000 v3.0 real-time monitoring and control system. The client software can be used for PLC of other companies with OPC standard interface protocol, and transplanted easily to other real-time data acquisition systems for thermal power plants and steel mills.
