摘    要:介绍了一种新型的土石坝内部变形监测仪器———TSD型杆式水平位移计的研制及应用成果。该成果在国内解决了土石坝内部纵向变形观测问题。TSD型杆式水平位移计的创新点在于:将减小位移传递杆摩阻力的导向轴承安装在系统保护管内,改善了位移传递杆工作状态,从而提高了系统观测精度;通过调整导向轴承的间距,可以改变仪器的有效测量范围;改变了位移计传感器的安装方法。将传感器安装在坝体外部观测站(房)内,即使传感器损坏,也可以维修和更换。该仪器具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper introduces the development and application of a new device--the rod horizontal displacement gauge formeasuring and monitoring deformation inside the earth-rockfill dam. This device has successfully solved the problem of observation of longitudinal deformation inside earth-rockf ill dams at home. The new device has the following advantages: (1) improving the working conditions of the displacement transfer rod and increasing the observation accuracy because the guide bearing that decreases the friction resistance of the displacement transfer rod is installed in the protective tube; (2) enlarging the effective measuring range by regulating the intervals of the guide bearing; (3) changing the installation of the displacement sensor. The displacement sensor is placed in the observation station outside of the dam, hence, it is easy to be maintained and replaced when it is damaged. The device has broad prospects of application to geotechnical engineering.
