摘    要:利用Visual Studio.NET集成开发环境、采用SQL Server数据库设计和开发了结构合理、功能齐全、界面友好、具有很强实用性的基于Web的水库洪水调度系统,可实现在Internet环境下从卫星云图、气象预报信息、水雨情实时信息、防洪工情信息的收集处理到水库洪水预报调度方案的制定、评价与优选及防汛会商决策。简要介绍了系统结构和功能、运行环境、规范化和标准化设计,提出了解决问题的途径和方法。

Abstract:An automatic real-time reservoir flood control system is successfully designed and developed based on the Web environment and by means of Visual Studio. NET and SQL Server. The system has a reasonable structure and the advantage of flexible man-computer interface. It can collect and process the information of the satellite cloud atlas, the information of weather prediction and real-time water information, and can also make flood forecasting and control for decision-making of reservoir operation. The structure, functions, working environment, key technologies, and normalization and standardization design of the system are emphasized. The approaches of solving problems are proposed.
