日调节水库实时调度及预警模式研究

摘    要:针对日调节性能水库,探索了一种综合了水库水雨情、电站工况和电力系统负荷等信息的运行及调度模式,同时考虑了水电站短期优化运行调度,可实现水电站水库运行实时监视、未来趋势预测、异常状况报警预警和重新编制运行计划等功能,为减轻水电站运行调度人员的工作负担和发挥电站经济效益提供了一种实用的方法。

Abstract:Aimed at daily regulating reservoirs, a reservoir operation mode is developed considering reservoir water and rain, power plant state, the electric power system load, and the short-term optimal operation of the hydropower station. The mode can help realize real-time monitoring of reservoir and power station operation, prediction of future trend, abnormal state warning, and reformulation of generating plan. It offers a useful method for reducing the work load on the operational personnel and improving the economic benefit of hydropower stations.
