摘    要:中国部分省市电网目前正在分批开展发电机组的一次调频试验工作,实现水轮发电机组一次调频功能的主体是水轮机微机调速器。文中依据大量电站试验结果,详细叙述了水轮机调速器如何实现一次调频功能、一次调频对调速器的参数要求以及一次调频试验中需要注意的事项等。

Abstract:At present, primary regulation regulation tests for generator units of power grids in some provinces and cities are in progress in batches. The microcomputer-based hydro-turbine governor is the principal part for the realization of primary frequency regulation for a hydraulic turbine generator unit. Based on the tests performed at many hydropower stations, the realization of primary frequency regulation function with the help of the microcomputer-based hydro-turbine governor, the requests of primary frequency regulation for the governor parameters and the precautions in the test are described in detail.
