| 摘 要： | 针对我国水电的特点和现状以及目前电力市场的发展状况，论述了水电进入市场所面临的问题及今后的任务。并结合我国水资源的分布特点，阐明了加快全国联网，建立全国电力市场对于充分利用水能，发挥水电优势，实现全国范围内资源优化配置的重要意义。

| Abstract: | A general discussion about the problems to be sloved is presented in this paper,based on the analysis of the characteristics of hydropower and the development of the electricity m arket.According to the distribution of hydropower resources over this country,expounded is the significance of quickening the step of national interconnection and setting up the national electricity m arket to the utilization and optimized allocation of hydropower resources in the whole country. |
