| 摘 要： | 基于河流健康的基本内涵,以江苏省健康河流诊断指标体系为基础,构建了以目标层、控制层、准则层、指标层、量化层的5层体系,考虑河流自然属性和社会属性两方面以及38个具体的量化指标,构建河流健康状况评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | Based on the basic connotation and diagnosis index system of river health in Jiangsu Province,five systems of goal layer,control layer, criterion layer,index layer and quantified layer are constructed. Considering the river natural property,social property and 38 quantitative indicators,index system of river health evaluation is constructed. |
