摘    要:简要介绍了我国病险水库的基本情况与除险加固历程,以及基于工程安全的病险水库分类方法;在总结病险水库主要病害特点的基础上,针对不同病害分别提出了相应的工程措施进行除险加固;同时,还归纳了病险水库降等与报废的条件,分析了制约病险水库降等与报废工作进展的主要原因.

Abstract:This paper reviews the status and the rehabilitation history of defective dams in China, as well as the classification method based on structure safety for defective dams. The respective rehabilitation measures for defective dams are proposed considering features of different kinds of dam defects. It also summarizes conditions for dam degrading and decommissioning and analyzes reasons that restrict the progress in dam degrading and decommissioning. It is of guiding significance to the large scale on-going rehabilitation works for defective reservoir dams in China.
