| 摘 要： | 针对水文过程变异点分析这一近20年来的热点问题,查阅近年来各种相关学术论著,在总结分析国内外不同学者研究成果的基础上,提出流域水文过程变异点分析今后的发展方向,一是水文过程变异点诊断理论与方法的研究应该进一步深入,建立简单且行之有效的定性与定量诊断方法;二是在此基础上,研究解决非一致水文序列的概率分布及水文计算问题,为水利水电工程的规划设计与管理运用提供合理依据。
