潼关高程冲淤变化的影响因素及其作用机理

摘    要:水库上游来水、来沙条件和水库运用方式是影响潼关高程抬升的独立影响因素;潼关上游来沙条件是造成潼关高程上升的唯一源泉,是介于水库运用方式和水量之间对潼关高程冲淤变化起调节平衡作用的淤积体供应源,而水库运用方式和来水条件之间的相互作用则决定了泥沙淤积的数量和部位。库区冲淤变化、潼古段冲淤变化及潼古河段疏浚清淤等是影响潼关高程抬升的间接因素。通过分析直接影响因素和间接影响因素对潼关高程的影响机理和作用,进一步阐释了潼关高程上升与渭河下游淤积发展的关系,为有关决策部门解决潼关高程缓慢上升和渭河下游淤积发展问题提供科学依据。

Abstract:The author thinks that the condition of incoming water and sediment,the operation mode of reservoir are the independent factors to impact the change of Tongguan river bed elevation.The incoming sediment from upstream of Tongguan is the unique source to leading the Tongguan river bed rising,but it is the only source of silt body to balance the impact on Tongguan river bed between the incoming water and reservoir operation mode.Also the interaction between the incoming water and reservoir operation mode has determined the amount and location of sediment.Moreover,there are some indirect factors to impact Tongguan river bed,such as changes of erosion and sediment in reservoir and at reach of Tongguan and Guduo,and dredging up and cleaning the sediment at reach of Tongguan and Guduo.Finally,the relationship between Tongguan river bed rising and the sediment development in the downstream of Weihe River is also explained,which can be provided the scientific basis to resolve the issue of Tongguan river bed rising and the sediment development for the decision-making department.
