山西省城市污水处理与回用存在问题及对策探讨

山西省属资源型缺水、水质型缺水省份.实现山西的可持续发展,首要任务是解决好山西的水资源可持续开发利用问题。造成山西水质型缺水的重要原因是全省城市污水处理率低下,大量污水未经处理直接入河排放,并且污水再生回用率极低,水资源浪费巨大。制约山西污水再生回用的关键因素,一是观念,二是水价,核心问题是污水再生回用的利益驱动和产业化经营机制不健全、污水再生回用缺乏终端用户。本文就此提出了对策和建议。

Discussion on the contermeasures and the existing main problem of sewage treatment and reutilization in the cities of Shanxi Province

Shanxi Province belonges to the water shortage area both in water resources and water quality.The first task to realize Shanxi sustainable development is solving the problem of water resources sustainable exploitation and utilization.The important cause lead to water shortage in quality is the lowly rate of sewage treatment in cities of Shanxi,volume of sewage water directly drained into reviers without any treatment.And the lowest rate of rejuvenated water utilization lead to volume of water resources economical wasted.One of key facter restricting sewage treatment and reutilization is concept,another is water price,core problem is the interest driving and industrial management mechanism unperfect,and lack of terminal water users.This paper thus put forward some contermeasures and suggestion.
