| Abstract: | Based on the theories and calculation methods and management mechanism of the environmental impact assessment system(EIA),this paper analyzed and discussed on the contents and methods of carrying out the EIA environmental impact for irrigation project of Xinjiang Bingtuan.It can be referenced when other irrigation districts carry out the EIA and supply guideline for using the advantage,reducing the disadvantage impacts to realize the regional sustainable development. |
