| 摘 要： | 在计算机技术日益向农业生产管理领域渗透的大背景下,针对灌区管理的普遍需求和项目区实际特点建立了功能简捷适用、结构科学合理的灌区管理信息系统。系统的主要功能有:基本信息服务、实时监测与自动控制、需水预测、用水调度、图形报表、办公自动化管理、数据库管理、系统维护。结合系统在项目区的应用,证明了系统的开发建设是成功的,具有应用推广价值,也可以为同类系统的建设提供参考。

| Abstract: | Under the background of the IT be used more and more in the management of agriculture,production pointed to the common demand and real feature of the management in irrigation district,a powerful MIS with simple application and reasonable structure has been developed.The main function of this system are basic information service,real-time monitoring and automatic control,water need forecasting,water distribution,graph and table management,automatic office management,DBMS,system maintainance.The successful cases of application have shown that it's practicable with extension value,can be supplied the reference to build a MIS for other irrigation district. |
