| 摘 要： | 杨凌是我国唯一的国家级农业高新技术产业示范区，随着示范区的成立和发展，工业和农业经济得到全面迅速发展，水资源的需求量增长很快，水资源供需矛盾日渐突出。本文在杨凌水资源开发利用现状的基础上，进行了水资源供需分析，认为杨凌水资源供需矛盾的形势十分严峻，提出了解决杨凌水资源短缺的根本途径是在积极推行节约用水的基础上，合理开发地下水，逐步实施跨地区调水。

| Abstract: | Yangling town is the unique state demonstration zone of agricultural high-tech industries. The requirement of water resources increases rapidly with the development of industry and agriculture after demonstration zone were found. The contradiction of supply and requirement of water resources is intensified. The supply and requirement of water resources is analyzed based on the present situation of water resources in Yangling.The countermeasure to resolve this problem are developing reasonably groundwater based on saving water actively and interbasin water dispatching by step. |
