陕西省泾惠渠灌区节水灌溉发展现状与对策

摘    要:根据泾惠渠灌区节水灌溉发展现状 ,论述了节水灌溉发展中存在的主要问题 ,提出灌区节水灌溉发展中应以节水增效为中心 ,加大灌区水源工程建设、干支渠防渗衬砌、田间节水灌溉改造及灌区灌溉管理设施的建设 ,把工程措施和非工程措施有机结合起来 ,提高灌区供水保证率、灌溉水利用系数、水分生产效率以及直接节水增产效益 ,同时提高灌区灌溉管理水平。

Abstract:According to the current situation of water saving irrigation in Jinghuiqu irrigation district, the main existing problems were expounded. Saving water and increasing benefit should be put in a core position. The construction of the water source, the seepage prevention of the main and branch canals, the field engineering and the management facilities should be strengthened. The measures of engineering and non engineering should be applied together. All these measures can enhance the assurance rate of water supply, the effective coefficient of irrigation water, the production efficiency of moisture and the direct effect of saving water and increasing production. At the same time, the administration level in the irrigation region is improved.
