| 摘 要： | 介绍了AFS—600型双罐全自动反冲洗过滤器的工作模式和控制原理等,测定了过滤器在过滤、反冲洗状况下的压力流量关系、反冲洗时间和冲洗周期等主要参数。同时对反冲洗三向阀的耐久性、启闭时间和压力流量关系进行测试,首次提出了反冲洗时压降比率的概念和计算方法,为双罐全自动过滤器的研制和应用提供了技术资料和范例。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the working pattern and the control principle of the type of AFS-600 double pots automatic filters.We tested the relationship of pressure discharge and the parameters of backwashing time and washing circle under the filtering and back washing conditions.At the same time,we measured the durability,open and shut time of the backwashing three-way valve.At last,we put forward the conception of pressure difference ratio and the calculated method, and provided the technology data and example for the manufacture and application of the AFS-600 double pots automatic filters. |
