| 摘 要： | 西北地区深居内陆,气候干旱,生态环境脆弱,局部地区生态环境恶化.随着国家西部大开发战略的实施,水资源究竟能够为西北地区的开发建设提供多大的支撑能力,成了业内人士关注的首要问题.本文在调查分析西北地区水资源条件和用水现状的基础上,分析了该地区不同时期水需求和水供给的关系,并初步提出解决和缓解该地区水供求矛盾的措施的建议.

| Abstract: | The northwest area of china lies inland, the climate is dry, the environment is tender, and the environment has deteriorated in some place. With the exploiture of the westward, many people want to know how much sustentation the water resources can supply in the area. On the basis of investigation and analysis of water resources and water use, this paper analyzed the relation betwween the supply and demand of water resources in different epoch in the article, and supplied the measures and opinion for solving the conflict between the supply and demand of water resources in the area. |
