Application Existing State and Development Prospects of Dry Crop Water Saving Technology in Guizhou

The paper analyzed the water resources use potential, the water resources development situation and the existing problem in Guizhou, implementated the slope land improving the ladder construction, "three small projects" construction, transversal grade to gather the ridge planting, the arid land plastic film mulching and the crops straw stalk cover of dry crop water saving technology in entire provincial regions. The dry crop areas developed with steady steps, types turned toward the characteristic, the dry agriculture made the remarkable progress.
