摘    要:针对江门市的特点和资料来源,建立了江门市水资源可持续利用的指标体系,采用层次分析和专家咨询相结合的方法确定各级指标的权重,并选用多级模糊综合评判模型,进行了江门市水资源可持续利用评价。研究表明:对区域水资源可持续状况进行定量评价,可以全面、深入地反映区域水资源系统的发展水平以及它同社会、经济、环境系统的协调状况,这对于区域水资源可持续利用战略的实施具有重要的理论和实践价值。

Abstract:The paper is based on the special conditions of the Jiangmen city,the evaluation indexes system of water resources sustainable utilization in Jiangmen city is established.AHP method compared with experts consultation is adopted to determine the weight of each judgment index,the fuzzy synthetic judgment model is chosed, and the water resources sustainable utilization in Jiangmen city has been evaluated in succession.The research shown that quantitative evaluation for the sustainable utilization of regional water resources can be completely and deeply reflected the developing level of regional water resources system and corresponded with the society,economy and environment system.This provides important theoretical and practical value for carrying out the strategy of sustainable utilization for the regional water resources.
