| 摘 要： | 湿地是大自然水循环的重要调节器和最大的滤水池,科学利用山西湿地资源对于新世纪山西水利发展意义重大。本文通过对山西湿地资源及其面临的严重的水生态危机状况分析,在参阅国内外大量研究成果的基础上,就如何正确把握和运用湿地水循环的规律,构建山西湿地资源水生态安全技术支持系统,有效维护山西湿地资源的水生态安全,实现湿地的恢复与重建,提出了若干建议。

| Abstract: | Wetland is important regulator and the biggest water filter in nature water circulation.Scientifically exploiting the wetland resources is very important to develop Shanxi water conservancy in 21~(th) century.By analyzed the wetland resources in Shanxi Province,and facing the serious hydro-ecological crisis at present,based on consulting in large amounts of achievements in scientific research inland and abroad,for how to correctly grasp and apply the regularity in wetland water circulation and construct the wetland resources hydro-ecological safety technical supporting system in Shanxi to effectively protect the wetland resources and to resume or renew Shanxi wetland,some suggestion has been put forward in this paper. |
