节水灌溉技术方案的优化设计

摘    要:通过综合评价优化理论和层次分析理论的方法,建立了综合考虑国民经济评价、技术评价和社会评价指标的节水灌溉规划方案优化选择模型。根据区域的自然条件、水源状况、气候状况、作物种植结构及社会经济条件等因素,对判断矩阵进行了简化、层次排序和一致性检验。实例表明该方法对节水灌溉技术方案优化是可行的,能够获得理想的优化节水灌溉技术方案,对节水灌溉规划设计有指导意义。

Abstract:Based on the theoretical analysis of the synthesize evaluation theory and the hierarchy structure theory,this paper establishes to the design optimization model in project of saving water irrigation of thinking about national economic evaluation,technology assessment and society evaluation index. According to natural conditions,water source,climate condition,farm crop of the district and social economic etc, the judge matrix is simplified and the consistency is checked. The example evince that the method is viable in the technique project of saving water irrigation, and can acquire ideal optimization technique project.
