| 摘 要： | 洪家渡水电站左岸防渗帷幕布设了顶、中、底3层廊道进行灌浆施工，其中底层廊道长400m，帷幕灌浆高程为1054．4～981．594m，工程量为17445m。根据该工程的规模和特点，监理机构采取直线职能式的监理形式——由总监、项目监理工程师、专业监理工程师和监理员组成，严格按照“三控制”、“两管理”、“一协调”的原则对该底层廊道帷幕灌浆施工进行了全过程的监理。在业主、监理、设计、施工四方的共同努力下，工程于2004年3月27日顺利完工，帷幕灌浆施工过程中没有发生安全事故，工程质量达到了优良等级。2005年3月的监测资料表明，洪家渡水电站左岸底层廊道帷幕效果良好，渗漏量仅为2．2L/s，质量满足设计要求。
