| 摘 要： | 由于各流域地形、地貌、流域形状和流域面积、流域植被等多种因素的影响,河北省地表水资源无论是年际变化,还是年内分配上,存在较大的区域性和地域性.年际变化幅度大和年内分布不均制约了地表水的开发利用.分析和研究这些变化特征,掌握其变化规律,对合理利用地表水资源,提高地表水资源的利用率,有重要作用.

| Abstract: | As a result of topography,geomorphology,basin shape and drainage area,watershed vegetation and other factors,surface water resource in Hebei Province shows a big regional nature. Annual variation and unevenly distribution during the year limit the development and utilization of surface water. Analyzing,studying the characteristics of these changes and mastering the changes discipline play an important role in rationally using of surface water resources and improving its efficiency. |
