摘    要:从水资源利用的特点出发,在分析多种评价方法适用条件的基础上,将多属性效用理论与BP神经网络理论相结合,建立了水资源利用效果评价的效用模拟BP网络综合评价模型。并以2010水平年黄河流域水资源调控方案为例进行效果评价,结果分析是合理的,说明利用该评价模型进行水资源利用效果评价是有效、可行的。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of water resources utilization and applied condition of several evaluation methods, the comprehensive evaluation model of water resources utilization is built through combining the multi-attribute utility theory with the BP Neural Network theory. Water resources utilization effects under different regulation and control measure in the level of year 2010 in Yellow River basin are analyzed and assessed by this model, and the output is reasonable, which shows that the application of BP Neural Network in the evaluation of water resource utilization is available and feasible.
