大庆市地下水资源承载力评价及对策研究

以大庆市地下水资源为研究背景,分析了大庆市地下水资源开发利用中存在的问题,并从水资源、社会、经济、生态环境等各方面的关系入手,建立了一套水资源承载力评价指标体系,并用物元模型对其承载力进行合理、全面的综合评价,并提出合理使用水资源的有关对策,可为大庆市水资源的规划和管理提供参考依据。

The Potential Evaluating and The Countermeasure Research on Exploitation and Utilizing of Groundwater in Daqing Area

In order to explore and utilize the groundwater, the groundwater in Daqing as the research background, the paper analysed the issue that exists in the water exploration and use in Daqing. What's more, it considers the water resources, society, economy and environment's relationships and establishes a suit of more scientific guide line system. It evaluates and analyses the carrying capacity of the groundwater in reason with wuyuan model. To meet the requirement of fast economic development of Daqing and maintain the harmonious relationship between humans and water, the corresponding countermeasures as for the exploration and use of water resource in Daqing are put forward concerning the issues. So it puts forward the relative countermeasure on how to use the water resources by reason. They could be taken as reference for the planning and management of the water resource in Daqing.
