摘    要:非常规水资源在区域水资源开发利用中占有越来越重要的地位。从区域水资源配置的角度,探讨了非常规水资源利用的几个关键问题,主要包括:非常规水资源利用潜力分析、基于非常规水资源利用的水资源配置、开发利用途径及保障措施。结合非常规水资源的特点,因地制宜提出了新密市开发利用非常规水资源的途径和措施,提出通过工程体系建设、政策法规制定和节水宣传等措施来推动非常规水资源的开发利用,为新密市开展最严格水资源管理提供了参考。

Abstract:The unconventional water resources play a more and more important role in the exploitation and utilization of regional water resources.From the aspect of regional water resources allocation,several key problems of the utilization of the unconventional water resources are discussed in this paper,which include the potential analysis of the utilization of the unconventional water resources,the water resources allocation based on the unconventional water resources,the ways to exploit and utilize the unconventional water resources,and the supporting measures of unconventional water resources.The measures to exploit and utilize the unconventional water resources in Xinmi City are proposed,including the engineering construction,formulation of the policies and regulations,and water saving propagation.The results can provide references for developing the strictest water resources management in Xinmi City.
