"南水北调西线工程虚拟仿真及应用研究"设想

该文设想构建南水北调西线工程数字化平台和虚拟环境，以完成多比例尺、多数据类型的水资源利用、生态环境、经济社会与国土状况信息的数字集成；通过西线调水区、输水沿线、受水区和后备水源区的数字仿真手段，对不同现有及存在的可能调水方案的工程可行性、有效性等予以综合分析和比选，并制定受水区水资源可持续利用与优化配置方案。

Tentative Plan of "Simulation of Western Line of South-North Water Diversion Project and Application Study"

This paper plans to construct a digitization terrace and the virtual environment of Western Line of South-North Water Diversion Project, in order to accomplish the numeral of many scales that most water resources utilizations, ecology environment, economic society and territory condition information is integrated; By way of digital simulation of western line project include along the line, target area and source area, now available probably the syntheticals analyses such as feasible nature of engineering and effectiveness etc of water scheme, and the water resources can go on the utilization and optimize the allocation plan.
