河北省南水北调供水区城市用水适宜水费承受指数的确定

长期以来低廉的水价所引发的一系列恶果使人们充分认识到：提高水价，利用价格杠杆促进节约用水，是保护水资源、缓解水资源危机的一项重要措施。然而各行业的承受能力均是有限度的，水价提高必须在各行业承受范围之内。本文在对供水区工业及生活用水大量资料调查的基础上，提出确定适宜的水费承受指数的科学、合理的方法，并分析、确定供水区适宜的水费承受指数，为进一步测算供水区水价承受能力，提供了坚实的理论依据与可靠保证。

Determination of Tolerance of Suitable Domestic Water Fee In South to North Water Transfer District

Severe consequences as a result of long-term low water fee make people realized that raising water fee so as to save water by the leverage of price is an important measure to protect water resources and diminish crisis of water. However, the tolerant ability of businesses varies, water fee must be raised in the tolerant range of businesses. Based on huge information collected in industrial and domestic water, sensible and rational method of determination of water fee tolerance is proposed and analyzed. These provide theoretical evidence and assurance for further calculation of tolerant water fee in S-N Water Transfer District.
