混凝土布料系统升降机在南水北调工程中的研究与应用

南水北调中线瀑河渠道倒虹吸工程管身段分为深埋段和浅埋段两部分，中间由一斜坡段连接，由于工期紧，深浅埋段要穿插施工，这就要求浇筑混凝土用的大型施工设备布料机能很方便的在斜坡上升降和施工，为此设计了一套布料机斜坡升降系统，成功解决了布料机的斜坡施工技术难题，结束了以往布料机只能在水平段工作，不能斜坡工作的历史。

Lifter of Concrete Distribution Systemin the South to North Water Transfer Project

The inverted siphon engineering pipe of the Beohe canal of the mid-line of the South to North Water Transfer Project was divided into two parts, deep-and low-burying sections connected by a slope section. Because the urgent construction period, the deep-and low-burying sections will be built in turn, which required large construction equipments-material distributor for pouring the concrete can lift and construct on the slope easily, so the lift system of the material spreading system on slope was produced, it solved the technical difficulties of material distributor constructs on slope, ended the history that the material distributor only can work on level section.
