摘    要:基于大量的现状调查,研究了南水北调中线工程北京段施工活动对农业生态系统的影响问题,阐述了影响特点和重点保护目标,提出了对策措施。结果表明:北京段施工活动对农业生态系统的影响集中于房山区;主要表现在扰动表土、占用土地资源、减少农业生产、影响农村饮用水源、影响农田节水灌溉设施等几个方面;通过优化设计、采取工程措施、加强管理、资金补偿等措施,影响可以得到减免。

Abstract:Based on wide environmental survey, this paper studies the environmental effects in construction of the Water Transfer Project from South to North (middle route, Beijing segment) on the agroecosystems. The research contains target, range, degree, feature of the effects, and protected objects and solutions are presented subsequently. It was found that the effects of the project exist in Fangshan District, including mainly four aspects, such as disturbing topsoil, reducing agricultural output, impacting rural water source, and destructing water-saving irrigation facility. Both these effects can be controlled by measures in design, construction, management and reimbursable expenses.
