摘    要:研制了一套考虑温湿度风速条件的混凝土开裂试验装置,可以通过试验对比不同气候条件下混凝土的开裂情况。采用混凝土开裂气候敏感性因子表述混凝土开裂受气候变化的影响程度,可以优选气候适应性强的混凝土配合比用于渠道衬砌混凝土工程。该试验方法成功在南水北调东线穿黄工程的配合比优化中应用。

Abstract:A set of equipment was developed to study the concrete cracking in different climate condition considering the temperature,humidity and wind speed influence. The climate sensitivity factor of concrete cracking is used to indicate the influence of climate change to concrete cracking, which can be used to select the mix proportion of concrete with high suitability to climate in the channel concrete lining. This method is success-fully applied in concrete mix proportion optimization of Yangzi River crossing project of the east line of South-to-North Water Transfer Project.
