摘    要:对南水北调东线工程建设的第一座泵站——宝应泵站,初步设计阶段采用的混流泵模型与引进的日本某公司混流泵模型基本结构进行了比较,对两种模型的水力特性和装置模型试验结果进行了对比分析,日本泵模型的最高效率比初步设计阶段模型最高效率高约3%,扬程加权平均的装置模型效率相差7%左右。数值模拟结果表明,对初步设计阶段采用的混流泵结构作一些改变,配合口本设计的进、出水流道后,装置的最高效率也提高了2.5%,但在高效区仍比日本泵装置低5%左右。因此,日本泵的水力性能较为优越,应加强对国外引进设备和技术的消化和吸收,开发新的有自主知识产权的泵和技术。

Abstract:Comparisons of basic structures between two mixed-flow pump models (the one in the preliminary design of the Baoying Pumping Station, the other from Japan) indicate that the highest efficiency of the latter is about 3% higher than that of the former. The difference of head weighted average pumping system efficiency is 7%. The numerical simulation results show that some structure changes on the preliminary selected pump, after matched with the suction box and discharge passage designed by Japanese company, the highest pumping system efficiency can improve by 2.5%. However, there was a 5% difference less than that of the Japanese designed. The hydraulic characteristics of Japanese mixed-flow pump are relatively superior, and introduced foreign equipment and techniques should be enhanced to develop new pump and techniques with our own knowledge property right.
