| 摘 要： | 北运河综合信息管理系统是一个面向北运河管理人员的囊括防汛、水资源水环境、河道、水政、涉河工程等业务在内的两级信息管理系统。现分析了系统用户及业务数据。系统基于普元EOS开发平台，采用模块化的开发方式，提高了系统的可扩充性和接口的灵活性。系统根据管理人员的业务分工进行功能定制，提高了系统的实用性和可操作性。在处理数据接口与应用接口上，系统严格遵循相关的接口规范，在满足系统业务要求的同时，为今后的系统扩充和完善提供了可参考的依据． |

| Abstract: | Beiyunhe comprehensive information management system provides a two-class platform for Beiyunhe managerial people. System functions include flood-control,water resources and water environment,river courses,water administration law,water projects and so on. This paper analyzed the system users and business data.
