放水河渡槽混凝土冻胀裂缝处理技术

混凝土结构裂缝不仅影响建筑物美观，尤其是影响建筑物承载力和使用寿命。混凝土产生结构裂缝原因很多。处理措施也多种多样。冻胀裂缝属于结构裂缝中的一种。通过对放水河渡槽次梁冻胀裂缝部位进行挂网，用高一个强度等级的混凝土进行修补，对主梁冻胀裂缝进行化学灌浆．并在垂直裂缝方向粘贴碳纤维布进行补强加固，并采用槽身充水试验检测。实验数据充分证明了主、次梁的整体性得到了恢复，结构的耐久性得到了保证，渡槽可以正常使用。
