钢/BFRP混杂配筋混凝土梁受弯性能试验研究

摘    要:纤维增强复合(FRP)筋已成为混凝土结构中替代钢筋的一种实用建筑材料。然而,FRP筋的脆性大大降低了纯FRP筋增强混凝土梁的延性。为了提高FRP筋增强混凝土梁的抗弯延性,同时保留其高强度的特性,在混凝土结构中将钢筋与FRP筋混合使用,组成钢/FRP混杂配筋混凝土梁。为了研究不同配筋率的混杂配筋梁的受弯性能,文章制作并测试了3种配筋形式的混凝土梁,包括1根普通钢筋混凝土梁。1根玄武岩纤维复合(Basalt fiber-reinforced polymer,BFRP)筋增强混凝土梁和3根钢筋与BFRP筋混杂配筋梁,并对其受弯性能进行试验研究。研究的主要参数为配筋率和BFRP与钢筋的面积比。试验结果表明:钢/BFRP混杂配筋混凝土梁在极限承载力和耐久性等方面要优于普通钢筋混凝土梁;与纯FRP筋增强混凝土梁相比,钢/BFRP混杂配筋混凝土梁具有更高的延性和更好的使用性能。钢筋的加入可以提高钢/BFRP混杂配筋混凝土梁的抗弯延性。

Abstract:Fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)bar has become a practical building material to replace steel bars in concrete structures.However,the brittleness of FRP bars greatly reduces the ductility of pure FRP bars reinforced concrete beams.The steel bars and FRP bars are mixed in the concrete structure to form steel/FRP hybrid reinforced concrete beams in order to improve the flexural ductility of FRP reinforced concrete beams and retain their high strength characteristics.Three kinds of reinforced concrete beams are made and tested in the paper in order to study the flexural performance of hybrid reinforced beams with different reinforcement ratios,including one ordinary reinforced concrete beam,one basalt fiber-reinforced polymer(BFRP)bar reinforced concrete beam and three steel bar-BFRP hybrid reinforced beams.The flexural performance is tested and studied.The main study parameters include reinforcement ratio and area ratio of BFRP to steel bar.The test results show that the steel/BFRP hybrid reinforced concrete beams are better than ordinary reinforced concrete beams in the aspects of ultimate bearing capacity and durability,etc.Compared with pure FRP reinforced concrete beams,steel/BFRP hybrid reinforced concrete beams have higher ductility and better performance.The addition of steel bars can improve the flexural ductility of steel/BFRP hybrid reinforced concrete beams.
